Fine Art Prints & Purchases
The purchase of an original artwork, photographic print, or physical reproduction grants ownership of the purchased physical item only.
Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the applicable copyright owner unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.
Purchasing a print does not grant permission to scan, photograph for reproduction, duplicate, digitally distribute, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit the underlying artwork.
